Ordering & Customisation
Can I customise my order?
Yes, you can choose from different sizes for each print. However, we do not offer personalisation beyond these options.
To place an order, browse our collection, select your preferred print options, create an account, and proceed to checkout.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled due to the custom-made nature of our products.
Shipping & Delivery
Production times vary, but most orders are ready to ship within 1-3 business days. Shipping times depend on your location and selected shipping method, which will be displayed at checkout.
Standard delivery costs £4.79. Exact shipping fees for other methods will be calculated at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Since all our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or there’s an error on our part. You can view our full Refund Policy at the bottom of the page.
If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work to resolve it as quickly as possible. You can email our support team at support@prints.co.
Accounts & Privacy
Yes, an account is required to place an order. This allows us to provide better order tracking and customer service.
